本機(jī)主要用于含氣飲料的灌裝作業(yè)。本機(jī)將沖洗、灌裝、旋蓋三功能合在一個(gè)機(jī)體上，全過程實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化，適用于聚酯瓶、塑料瓶灌裝果汁、礦泉水、純凈水，加上溫控裝置還可以進(jìn)行熱灌裝。各部分的適用瓶型調(diào)整采用手柄轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)，輕松自如，簡(jiǎn)便快捷。灌裝方式采用了新型的微壓灌裝，使灌裝速度更快更穩(wěn)定，所以與同規(guī)格的機(jī)器相比本機(jī)的產(chǎn)量更高，效益更大。
全自動(dòng)果汁飲料生產(chǎn)線采用了的OMRON可編程控制器(PLC)控制機(jī)器的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，進(jìn)瓶鏈道采用變頻器調(diào)整，與主機(jī)變頻器相互配合使進(jìn)瓶運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定可靠。光電檢測(cè)各部件的運(yùn)行狀況，所以自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡(jiǎn)便。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本機(jī)變更灌裝部分，可以形成低真空灌裝方式。低真空灌裝方式(Z型機(jī))
