高溫高壓止回閥整體采用鍛造工藝，是高溫、高壓管路中防止介質(zhì)倒流，如火電廠、核電站，石油化工系統(tǒng)的高溫、高壓管路上。按鍛鋼高溫高壓止回閥可按以下三個(gè)工藝：

1、螺栓式閥蓋，按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)的閥門，其閥體與閥蓋用螺栓螺母連接，纏繞式墊片（316夾柔性石墨制造）密封?？蛻粲刑厥庖髸r(shí)也可采用金屬環(huán)連接。

3、壓力自緊式閥蓋，按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)的閥門，其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接，內(nèi)壓自密環(huán)密封。
