Self-operated pressure regulating valve (steam pressure regulating valve) does not need additional energy. It uses the energy of the regulated medium itself as power source to introduce the actuator to control the position of the valve core, and changes the pressure difference and flow at both ends, so as to stabilize the pressure before (or after) the valve. It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing and low fluctuation force of pressure setting point. It is widely used in automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization of gases, liquids and vapor media.
The product has single sleeve and three kinds of structure; the actuator has two kinds of film type and piston type; the action type has pressure regulation after valve (B type) and pressure regulation before valve for pressure relief. The nominal pressure classes of products are PN16, 40, 64; valve body caliber range DN20-300; leakage classes are II, IV and VI classes; flow characteristics are fast opening; pressure regulation is from 15 to 2500 Kpa. 【進口高壓蒸汽調節閥】工作原理:
溫度調節閥是根據液體的不可壓縮和熱脹冷縮原理進行工作的。 加熱用自力式溫度調節閥,當被控對象溫度低于設定溫度時,溫包內液體收縮,作用在執行器推桿上的力減小,閥芯部件在彈簧力的作用下使閥門打開,增加蒸汽和熱油等加熱蒸汽的流量,使被控對象溫度上升,直到被控對象溫度到了設定值時,閥關閉,閥關閉后,被控對象溫度下降,閥又打開,加熱蒸汽又進入熱交換器,又使溫度上升,這樣使被控對象溫度為恒定值。閥開度大小與被控對象實際溫度和設定溫度的差值有關。

冷卻用自力式溫度調節閥工作原理可參照加熱用自力式溫度調節閥,只是當閥芯部件在執行器與彈簧力作用下打開和關閉與溫關閥相反,閥體內通過冷蒸汽,主要應用于冷卻裝置中的溫度控制。
