1，本閥由閥體、波紋管組件、閥座、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等組成，波紋管組件的閥桿和閥體相配合待波紋管受到介質(zhì)壓力后，推動閥桿移位，改變密封面與閥座間的距離。
2，本閥出廠時，密封面與閥座是關(guān)閉的，需要使用時，通過順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)螺絲，使調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓向閥桿，頂開密封面。當受到介質(zhì)壓力時，介質(zhì)分二路，一路由閥體至出口，另一路由閥體上的平衡孔到波紋管的內(nèi)腔，并使閥桿向上和調(diào)節(jié)彈簧力的平衡。當進口壓力增加時，波紋管組件的閥桿向上移位，密封面和閥座之間的間隙減小，當調(diào)節(jié)彈簧和波紋管的力平衡時，則出口處的壓力就穩(wěn)定在需要值上，當進口壓力減小時則反向移動，仍使出口壓力穩(wěn)定在需要值上。
