隔膜閥常規(guī)狀態(tài)下為封閉狀態(tài)，此時膜片緊貼閥體的內(nèi)腔，關(guān)閉著管道流體通向路徑。當(dāng)隔膜閥需要清洗任務(wù)或西藥開啟任務(wù)時，通過手動旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪或驅(qū)動控制執(zhí)行裝置來帶動閥桿向上運動，球形膜片隨之向上彎曲，從而使閥門形成導(dǎo)通狀態(tài)，殼實現(xiàn)清洗和開啟的目的。其中膜片把下部閥體內(nèi)腔和上部閥蓋內(nèi)腔隔開，使位于膜片上部的閥桿、閥芯等零件不受介質(zhì)的腐蝕，省去了填料密封結(jié)構(gòu)，而且不會產(chǎn)生介質(zhì)泄漏。優(yōu)化的閥體設(shè)計，使清潔液*排泄。不會形成滯留現(xiàn)象。
