蒸汽過濾器于高溫蒸汽凈化過濾，是高精度氣體終端過濾的配套過濾器，也可用于其他高溫氣體。廣泛應用于石油、化工、食品、制藥、紡織、冶金、煤炭、電子、航空等行業。過濾器結構多樣，分立式、回轉式、盤式等，其殼體為全不銹鋼精密制造，配備高溫氣體濾芯：聚四氟乙烯粉末燒結棒、鈦合金粉末燒結棒或不銹鋼纖維燒結氈等，能安全有效地濾除蒸汽中的雜質，保護和延長高精度終端過濾器的使用壽命。其中由鈦合金粉末燒結而成的鈦棒濾芯、平板濾盤等，由于其可滲透性，作為深層過濾元件，其特點是強度高、可焊接和切割，抗熱振性、耐熱性、耐蝕性好，經清洗可反復使用。

316不銹鋼衛生級殼體，內外經高精度機械拋光，配上特制的殼體鎖定套環，耐壓達到1.0MPa。
2）采用精制鈦真空燒結微孔濾芯，快裝式結構，適用于蒸汽的深層過濾，可耐溫300℃，精度1μ，標準型分1μ、3μ、25μ三種。
3）*食品生化飲料啤酒醫藥電子等行業的工藝需要，并保護除菌過濾器、殺菌釜及后管路不被雜質所阻塞及污染。
4）低阻力、低能耗、超長使用壽命、流通能力強，濾芯使用超聲波清洗機或洗滌劑可清洗再生，也可采用壓縮空氣反吹來清洗。

1）按行業產品的酸堿度選用不銹鋼外殼材質，處理量、操作壓力完*達到用戶要求。
2）外殼的制造滿足GMP要求：外表面鏡面拋光，內表面粗糙度≤Ra0.28，終端過濾器外殼*，易清洗。
3）過濾器外殼與濾芯的借口按標準加工，保證有良好的互換性。
