進口雙螺桿泵結構說明：
雙螺桿泵有密閉式和不密閉式二種種類，按物質從一端還是 從兩邊進到齒合室內空間，單螺桿又被分成雙吸式和單吸式二種構造。雙螺桿泵是外齒合的螺桿泵，它運用互相齒合，互相觸碰的二根擠出機螺桿來套弄液體。雙螺桿泵為一種雙吸式非密閉式的雙螺桿泵。一端外伸泵外的積極擠出機螺桿由傳動裝置驅動器。主動螺桿與從動螺桿具有不同旋向的螺紋。螺桿與泵體緊密貼合。從動螺桿是通過同步齒輪由主動螺桿帶動的。雙螺桿泵作為一種容積式泵，泵內吸入室應與排出室嚴密地隔開。因此，泵體與螺桿外圓表面及螺桿與螺桿間隙應盡可能小些。同時螺桿與泵體、螺桿與螺桿間又相互形成密封腔，保證密閉，否則就可能有液體從間隙中倒流回去。雙螺桿泵可分為內置軸承和外置軸承兩種形式。在內置軸承的結構型式中軸承由輸送物進行潤滑。外置軸承結構的雙螺桿泵工作腔同軸承是分開的。由于這種泵的結構和螺桿間存在的側間隙，它可以輸送非潤滑性介質。此外，調整同步齒輪使得螺桿不接觸，同時將輸出扭矩的一半傳給從動螺桿。正如所有螺桿泵一樣，外置軸承式雙螺桿泵也有自吸能力，而且多數泵輸送元件本身都是雙吸對稱布置，可消除軸向力，也有很大的吸高。雙螺桿泵系列產品分為單吸雙螺桿泵和雙吸雙螺桿泵兩大類。該系列產品具有特殊的螺桿型線和與之配套的特殊結構，廣泛適用于石油、化工、冶金、鋼鐵、電力、船舶、制藥、食品、建材等各種行業，其適用介質之多、輸送范圍之廣、應用工況之復雜是其它泵類產品*的。
進口雙螺桿泵優點：
1、輸送液體平穩、無脈動、無攪拌、振動小、噪音低。
2、有很強的自吸性能，多相混輸時，含氣率不高于80%，含沙量不高于500g/m3。
3、外置軸承結構，采用獨立潤滑，可以輸送各種非潤滑性介質。
4、采用同步齒輪驅動，二轉子之間不接觸，即使短時間空轉也無妨。
5、泵體帶有加熱套，可以輸送各種清潔或含有固體小顆粒的低粘度或高粘度介質。
6、正確的選用材料，甚至可以輸送很多有腐蝕性的介質。
7、雙吸式結構，轉子上沒有軸向力。
8、軸端采用機械密封或波紋管機械密封，具有壽命長、泄漏少、適用范圍廣的特點。

1、油田：用作油、氣、水、微量細小固相顆粒等多相混輸泵及原油輸送泵。
2、造般業：用作船用裝載泵，船底掃艙及污水處理，主機潤滑泵，燃料油泵。
