WORKING PRINCIPLE
After being sent into the vacuum chamber of the drying machine by the screw metering pump, the materials to be dried will be evenly spread by the material spreading motor on the conveyor belts. The special roller shaft driven by the motor will drive the conveyor belts to run at the set speed. At the bottom of the conveyor belts, there are independent heating boards and a group of cooling boards. The conveyer belts contact closely the heating boards and cooling boards and transfer the heat necessary for drying to the materials to be dried through contact and heat transfer. The running speed of the conveyer belts can be set according to the properties of different materials. When the materials are conveyed by the conveyor belts from one end to anther end of the tank body, the drying and cooling of the materials have been completed. When the conveyor belts return, the material cakes after being dried will drop from the drying belts. After being pulverized by the pulverization device, they will be discharged through the air brake of thee butterfly valve. The granules obtained can be directly used for capsule making or tablet pressing.
The whole device adopts PLC control and operation is realized through the human-machine interface of PC. The touch screen operation panel is allocated beside the drying machine and the graphics interface is provided to display various technological parameters, production data and etc. Real-time modification and control can be carried out. The CIP in-place cleaning can be allocated to make it very convnenient to replace and clean the product.
