　　自動車轍試驗儀主要用于瀝青混合料的高溫抗車轍能力的測定，也可用于瀝青混合料配比設(shè)計的輔助性檢驗。

HYCZ-1型自動車轍試驗儀特點：
1 本機所用試驗方法及各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)均合國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ052-2000中瀝青混合料車轍試驗（T0719-2000）試驗規(guī)程和各項要求。
2 恒溫箱采用外循環(huán)加熱方式，溫場均勻。
3 本機為自動控溫、自動計時、時實顯示車轍的位移量，并自動記錄位移曲線，打印報表。
4 試驗時同時顯示時間與位移、時間與溫度變化曲線，為研究瀝青混合料車轍特性的科研單位提供實踐依據(jù)。
5 采用溫度傳感器采集溫度，長時間試驗無溫度漂移（杜絕了一般熱電隅溫度傳感器長時間工作溫度漂移對試驗數(shù)據(jù)的影響）。
6 溫度控制采用PWM調(diào)制方式控制，溫度穩(wěn)定性高，確保無過沖。
7 采用高精度的A/D（16位）、D/A（16位）模塊，確保位移測量及溫度控制的精度和分辨率。
8 設(shè)備應(yīng)用軟件功能強大。
