安裝使用說(shuō)明:
?敷設(shè)電纜時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度不應(yīng)低于0℃。纜線的布放前應(yīng)核對(duì)規(guī)格、程式、路由及位置與設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定相符。
?纜線的布放應(yīng)平直,不得產(chǎn)生扭絞、打圈等現(xiàn)象,不應(yīng)受到外力的擠壓和損傷,固定時(shí),松緊應(yīng)適度。
?纜線在布放前兩端應(yīng)貼有標(biāo)簽,以表明起始和終端位置,標(biāo)簽書(shū)寫應(yīng)清晰、端正和正確。
?電源線、信號(hào)電纜、結(jié)絞電纜、光纜及建筑物內(nèi)其他弱電系統(tǒng)的纜線應(yīng)分離布放。各纜線間的zui小凈距應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,在同一線槽內(nèi)的不同信號(hào)、不同電壓等級(jí)的電纜,應(yīng)分類布置;對(duì)于交流電源線路和連鎖線路,應(yīng)用隔板與無(wú)屏蔽的信號(hào)線路隔開(kāi)敷設(shè)。
?纜線布放時(shí)應(yīng)有冗余。在交接間、設(shè)備間對(duì)絞電纜預(yù)留長(zhǎng)度一般為3~6m,工作區(qū)為0.3~0.6m;光纜在設(shè)備端預(yù)留長(zhǎng)度一般為5~10m。有特殊要求的應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求預(yù)留長(zhǎng)度。
