結構特點

◆ 10”以上的出水彎頭為焊接件。適合于高溫液體泵輸送。

◆ 外接管與導葉體均采用法蘭連接，采用止口定位，在維修時方便裝拆。

◆ 止口定位的外接管，成本低、維修方便、故障少。

◆ 416SS 傳動軸。傳動軸之間用鍵式聯軸器連接，方便維修。

◆ 在抽送帶顆粒物介質時，可采用帶護管的閉式傳動軸設計，外接沖洗水對導軸承沖洗，適用于抽送腐蝕性與磨蝕性的介質。

◆ 有多種軸承材質供選用，如橡膠、賽龍、碳纖維、陶瓷等。

◆ 可更換的軸套表面經硬化處理，延長壽命。

◆ 葉輪和導葉體配有雙密封環。

◆ 表面硬化處理，延長壽命。抽送含固體特介質時，密封環可用外接水進行沖洗。

◆ 產品結構設計靈活，可根據用戶要求量身定制。

◆ 所有出水彎頭為焊接件。
